 It’s a bit after 10:00 here, and I was supposed to send this out at 
 10:00 AM today, which is good because I hereby declare the location from 
 which I send this e-mail a subsidiary colony of Indonesia, and adopt its 
 respective time zone. TA DA: Instant on-time…yness. As someone on the 
 other side of the world (politically speaking), I have to pay for 
 long-distance Internet (because that’s how the Internet works) I should
