[QOTW] Correction to this week's QOTW email

[Quote of the Week]

QOTW Members:

Quote of the Week would like to apologize to Mr. Racioppi for quoting him
against his request.  His nominated quote "Politicians just make
everything worse.  They should be shot.  And don't quote me on that," is
hereby disqualified.  Replacing it as a nominee is Mr. Racioppi's formerly
Honorable Mention quote:

"This is really our last day of class.  On Tuesday, all I want from you is
your papers and to see your smiles one last time.  And if you believe
that..." -Mr. Racioppi, to his Environmental Science class.

QOTW would also like to thank Jeff Kaufman for again acting as QOTW's
conscience when QOTW fails in that regard.
