My fellow QOTWers,

Welcome to march! While you are all working on your research papers, 
here are some quotations to keep us going. After all, the founding 
fathers did say that you are endowed with certain inalienable rights, 
including: quotations, quotations, and the pursuit of quotations.

Last week's scandalous winner was:
